Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments Communicate with carriers, drivers, and freight forwarders Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including: Bills of Lading (BOLs) Packing lists Advance Shipment Notifications (ASNs) Customs and freight documentation Coordinate truck load planning and material movements Track shipments and help resolve transportation or delivery issues Work closely with production and warehouse teams to coordinate shipping priorities Maintain accurate shipping and logistics records Help ensure materials and finished products are moved efficiently and on schedule What We're Looking For Previous experience in logistics, shipping, transportation, supply chain, or freight coordination Experience working with carriers and/or freight forwarders Knowledge of shipping documents such as BOLs, packing lists, and ASNs Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities at once Comfortable working closely with warehouse and production teams Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
