Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM We are hiring an experienced Air & Ocean Logistics Coordinator to manage international shipments, including Air and Ocean Import/Export, and Transborder Canada. This role focuses on booking, documentation, compliance, and coordination with carriers and customers.
Responsibilities:
Handle Air (50%), Ocean (25%), and Canada Transborder (25%) shipments Prepare export documentation (Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, AES filings) Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, and clients Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and international shipping regulations Track shipments, resolve issues, and maintain records in CargoWise or similar systems
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics operations Knowledge of Air and Ocean Import/Export and Canada cross-border shipping Experience with export documentation and compliance Proficiency in CargoWise and Microsoft Office Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail #
