Position Summary The Shipment Specialist plays a key role in ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely processing of customer shipments. This position involves coordination between the Sales Order Processing team, warehouse personnel, and carriers to guarantee that all shipping documentation, labeling, and pickup scheduling are completed accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities Print all customer packing slips, Bills of Lading (BOLs) , UCC labels , and UPS/FedEx shipping labels on-site. Log all customer freight pickups into the Shipment Calendar and coordinate daily schedules with warehouse and logistics teams. Verify and count all label quantities printed at the Illinois location and shipped to the Rialto, CA facility (between 2,000-8,000 labels daily). Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure BOLs are prepared prior to order pickups. Scan and archive BOLs for internal recordkeeping and send shipment confirmations to the Sales Order Processing team. Aid in tracking shipments Other projects and tasks as needed to support the team Skills & Abilities • Must have high energy and work swiftly to support operations. Prior experience with dropship order fulfillment (UPS, FedEx, direct-to-consumer orders). Strong computer literacy (Outlook, Teams, file management, basic Excel). Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment . Excellent communication and organizational skills . High attention to detail and ability to problem-solve calmly under pressure .
