Full Job Description Job Description:
Elite Fuel Transportation, Inc . is seeking an experienced and highly organized Fuel Logistics Coordinator to join our growing operations team. This role is responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely coordination of fuel deliveries across our transportation network. The ideal candidate will bring strong dispatching experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. This position is critical in ensuring uninterrupted fuel supply while maintaining strong relationships with drivers, customers, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee the safe, timely, and cost-effective transportation of fuel products. Develop and manage daily delivery routes while maintaining constant communication with drivers throughout the day. Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS), including TMW Suite , and real-time tracking tools to plan loads, optimize routes, and monitor shipments. Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, providing dispatch support and resolving issues in real time. Collaborate with management to adjust routes based on customer needs, demand changes, and operational priorities. Communicate clearly and professionally with drivers, customers, terminals, and internal teams. Monitor fuel inventory and assist with load planning and balancing when required. Track, verify, and maintain accurate operational data and documentation. Ensure full compliance with DOT, HAZMAT, environmental, and company safety regulations. Monitor carrier performance, transportation costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve efficiency. Proactively manage disruptions, peak demand periods, and emergency situations to maintain service continuity. Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers and customers to support smooth operations and reduce stress from last-minute changes.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications 3 yrs + of experience in dispatch, logistics coordination, or fuel transportation operations (required) . High school diploma or GED required. Experience with TMW Suite , dispatch software, ELD systems, or similar platforms strongly preferred. Strong understanding of DOT regulations, Hours of Service (HOS), and HAZMAT compliance ( training provided if needed ). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Positive attitude, adaptability, and a long-term mindset for growth within the company.
