Leadership Summary This role is effectively a vendor governance and service management position focused on: MSP/vendor performance oversight Contract governance Service delivery management Risk and compliance management Operational health reporting Business-to-vendor coordination Develop and implement IT outsourcing policies, standards, and procedures aligned with IT strategy. Administer contracts for outsourced services (e.g., help desk, data center operations) in partnership with Procurement and Legal. Analyze and report on vendor performance. Manage vendor relationships and ensure vendors meet business and contractual requirements. Oversee service delivery governance and contract compliance. Facilitate resolution of operational and application service issues with vendors. Identify risks associated with outsourced services and establish appropriate controls. Report operational health and service performance to business and IT leadership. Applies deep expertise in IT outsourcing management. May manage short- to mid-term projects with responsibility for costs, methods, and outcomes. Solves atypical challenges requiring ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness. Has broad knowledge across related IT disciplines. Contributes to new processes, standards, and operational plans. Identifies problems and solutions. Supports project execution, including objectives, timelines, risks, milestones, deliverables, and budgets. Helps drive successful project outcomes. Exercises independent judgment and advises on courses of action. May negotiate resolutions to issues. Can make recommendations on scope and strategy. Incorrect decisions can significantly impact major projects and business objectivesQUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or Equivalent Program/Project Management skills, communication skills, problem solving, skillsMinimum Years of Experience:
1-3 PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Engineering or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Basic system analyst experience withSAP IS-U
