The Logistics & Client Services Specialist will maintain an efficient, reliable, and safe warehouse system. This critical role will support all aspects of Out Of The Box operations including: shipping, receiving, inventory cycle counts, inventory replenishment, returns processing, customer service, order data processing, and special projects. This is a dynamic role with endless potential for growth in the logistics career sector.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Packaging wine shipments: working on assembly line, picking and packing bottles of wine.

Building packaging materials:

assembling, taping & breaking down boxes. Stacking, cutting & moving cases of wine (50+/- lbs.) on a daily basis. Receive and unload products and materials, checking for discrepancies. Assist with inventory counting, receiving and transfers. Receiving and processing of returns for dispensation. Execute detailed wine finishing and packaging projects. Maintain consistency and quality control across all custom finishing work including front/back hand labeling of wine bottles, wax dipping, capsule application, tissue wrapping, custom packaging assembly, and repacking. Ensure all finishing work meets brand standards and quality expectations. Support time-sensitive and high-touch projects requiring precision and care. Maintaining a clean and safe work area, adhering to health and safety protocols with quality standards. Support with cleaning of warehouse, offices and facilities. Able to work safely, lead by example and adhere to company policies and procedures. Maintaining and operating equipment and reporting on malfunctions. Mastering FORT Systems software for order data and inventory processing Answering client phone calls and emails Ability to cross-train to perform other duties and tasks, as required.

Ensure accuracy in inventory and shipments. Maintain professional working relationship with staff, outside vendors and customers. Reliability and safety. Attention to detail and quality.

QUALIFICATIONS

Physically able to lift in excess of 50+/- lbs. Previous experience with wine finishing work strongly preferred, including: Waxing, Hand-Labeling, Foiling, Kitting and custom packaging assembly. 1-2+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, or wine industry logistics experience required. Previous experience with FORT Systems a major PLUS High school diploma or GED desired. Clean DMV and reliable transportation. We highly value versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm. Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.

Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
