ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Manage warehouse receiving and shipping operations, ensure the accounts are consistent with the physical goods. Provide shipping quotes based on shipment value and volume; determine the most efficient delivery method. Organize warehouse inventory and conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits. Oversee order picking, packing, and shipping processes. Collaborate with logistics teams to streamline and optimize shipping workflows. Prepare and manage logistics documentation. Support administrative logistics tasks and coordinate shipping for exhibition events Coordinate all reverse logistics processes, including product returns, RMA, refurbishments, and recycling. Knowledge of 6S or Lean principles in warehouse operations.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication skills; bilingual in Chinese is a plus. Experience in inventory management, transportation, or warehouse operations is preferred. Proactive and able to identify gaps and implement operational improvements. Must be able to commute daily to San Leandro and work on-site.
