Full-time We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operator to support essential warehouse, shipping and receiving, inventory, and material-handling operations at our San Luis Obispo facility. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, safely moving materials throughout the facility, processing incoming and outgoing goods, and supporting overall supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and document incoming products and materials. Unpack and review shipments to verify quantities, contents, and accuracy. Check incoming goods for quality and conformity to specifications when required. Load and unload trucks using a forklift and other material-handling equipment. Prepare and condition goods for shipment as required. Ensure the proper physical movement of components, work-in-process (WIP), and finished goods throughout the facility. Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in inventory counts. Process inventory and supply chain transactions using SAP or other warehouse management systems. Maintain organized warehouse storage and maximize available space. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies. Work closely with internal departments to coordinate material and inventory needs. Perform other warehouse, logistics, and supply chain duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics is preferred. 1-3 years of relevant warehouse, production, or supply chain experience; 3+ years preferred. Experience with warehouse, shipping/receiving, or production logistics. Valid forklift certification/license, if applicable. Experience operating loading and material-handling equipment. Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP. Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse processes. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain inventory accuracy. Ability to safely lift, move, load, and unload materials as required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse/production environment. Strong organizational and communication skills.
