In this role, you will oversee the coordination of procurement, production planning, logistics, and inventory management to ensure seamless flow of materials and products. Your expertise will help optimize processes, implement enterprise solutions, and support manufacturing efficiency.
Position essential duties and responsibilities:
Include the following; other duties may be assigned.- Back-up for International and Domestic Shipping function
- Purchase Order processing and follow-up
- Attain Certifications from suppliers
- Reorder Report review and action
- Work Order generation and processing
- Cycle Count and other Inventory related activities
- Back-up for Receiving function
- Generate Work Instructions for Shipping, Receiving and other Supply Chain processes
- Interact with and support
Quality Assurance, Engineering, Quality Control, Document Control, Accounting and Sales & Marketing Departments Job Complexity:
Interacts internally and externally with executive level management requiring negotiation of complex matters. Work on complex problems in which analysis of situations and/or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.Essential experience and skills:
- BS/BA degree and 1-3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, knowledge of ERP systems, and Internet searching and navigation.)
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Acts independently and collectively to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
- Demonstrates competence in analyzing problems and developing effective action plans.
- Ability to meet schedules and timelines.
- Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
