busy manufacturing and distribution company in San Marcos is adding a Logistics & Customer Support Coordinator to its operations team. This is a great fit for someone who likes a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the connection between customers, sales, warehouse, purchasing, and transportation. You'll have plenty of variety throughout the day and will play a direct role in making sure customer orders get where they need to go.
WHAT'S ON YOUR PLATE
Customer Support
+ Respond to customer questions regarding orders and deliveries
+ Provide shipment updates and delivery information
+ Resolve order discrepancies and service issues
+ Maintain accurate customer records
+ Communicate delays and changes proactively Logistics
+ Coordinate outgoing shipments
+ Schedule pickups and deliveries
+ Communicate with carriers and transportation partners
+ Track shipments from order through delivery
+ Research delayed or missing shipments
+ Coordinate returns and replacements Operations
+ Enter and update orders in the ERP system
+ Work with Warehouse and Purchasing teams
+ Monitor inventory availability
+ Review orders for accuracy
+ Prepare daily logistics reports
+ Maintain shipping and customer documentation
+ Identify recurring operational issues
+ Assist with process improvements Requirements + 2+ years of customer service, logistics, order management, or operations experience
+ Strong computer and data-entry skills
+ Experience with an ERP or order management system
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
+ Excellent communication and follow-up
+ Ability to juggle multiple priorities
+ Strong attention to detail
