This role is pivotal in coordinating international and domestic transportation activities, optimizing warehouse distribution, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of logistics processes, transportation management systems, and supply chain analytics to enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities Manage Air Export, Ocean Import, and OTR shipment tracking. Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, ports, airports, and customs brokers. Monitor shipments and resolve delays, customs holds, damages, and other exceptions. Prepare and review MAWB, HAWB, commercial invoices, packing lists, SLI, and export documents. Coordinate air export bookings, customs clearance, and shipment schedules. Support warehouse receiving, cargo screening, palletizing, and ULD operations. Manage IOD, POD, claims, escalations, and shipment status updates. Ensure compliance with customs, TSA, IATA, DG, and international trade requirements. Review freight invoices and track key Air Export KPIs. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field. 6+ years of logistics experience with international Air & Ocean freight. Hands-on experience with Air, Ocean, OTR, transload, and TL dispatch. Knowledge of customs and international freight regulations. Experience with

SAP/TMS/WMS/ERP

systems. Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and

VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. English proficiency required.

Shift Timings:

8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Scheduled Days

• Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday Weekly schedule: 40 hours OTH1

Pay:

$25.00
