This role will play a key part in improving production flow, protecting customer delivery commitments, and maintaining accurate ERP data.
Responsibilities:
Review sales orders, priorities, and customer delivery requirements to develop production schedules. Create, maintain, and release manufacturing work orders through the ERP system. Verify material, components, tooling, and capacity are available before releasing work orders. Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, and Sales to resolve scheduling and material issues. Monitor production progress, WIP, and schedule adherence; adjust priorities as needed. Expedite critical orders and support schedule recovery initiatives. Maintain accurate ERP data, including work orders, BOMs, routings, inventory, and production status. Audit and clean up open work orders and ensure completed orders are properly reconciled and closed. Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve throughput, reduce WIP, and shorten lead times. Support continuous improvement and other operational priorities as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations . Strong ERP/MRP experience and understanding of work order management. Ability to balance customer demand, material availability, production capacity, and priorities. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
INDLV Pay:
$90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
