Job Description
Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accredited university is required or equivalent experience of not less than 4 years related minimum experience. Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. The salary range for this position is $75K and $85K Preferred Qualifications Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Basic understanding of Supply Chain management and Purchasing methods Knowledge of Oracle Applications or similar ERP systems. Essential Responsibilities Responsible for independent negotiation, maintaining a sustainable process and accurate data as well as support of ongoing Supply Chain projects. Responsible for creating purchase orders in accordance with internal process specifications and procurement guidelines. Conducting daily price inquiries with suppliers to prepare orders Responsible for reviewing daily shortage and ATP list for product demand requirements. Support project team in obtaining quotes for project/contract inquiries Collaboration and assistance in the development of tools and ongoing continious improvement projects. Ownership of supply planning and inventory management for designated Product Lines based on Supply Chain strategies.
