The logistics coordinator for our B2B ensures merchandise entering and leaving our warehouse is to our commercial standards to maintain our high trust relationship with our business partners. The ideal candidate will be representing our company for logistical operational activities.
Job Responsibilities:
Shipping:
- Prioritizing & printing approved wholesale order picklists for warehouse associates.
- Inspecting & verifying picked count of picklists against inventory systems & reporting damages.
- Proving directions product labeling for ordered merchandise products.
- Scheduling & negotiating prices with local drivers for local LTL shipments.
- Comparing quotes & scheduling for non-local LTL shipments between major LTL networks.
- Preparing/Printing - bills of lading, pallet labels, packing slips for LTL shipments.
- Inspecting pallets are properly wrapped and ready for outbound shipment.
- Using Shipstation to create non-LTL small parcel shipping quotes wholesale team.
- Auditing & reporting differences in expiration dates of picked wholesale orders against system recorded dates at reception of merchandise.
- Assist e-Commerce shipping clerk in buying daily order shipping labels for eCommerce orders.
- Assist e-Commerce shipping clerk printing product labels of ecommerce orders.
Administrative:
- Photographing of packing of wholesale outbound pallets / high value parcels contents.
- Adjusting shortages or additional ordered qty to wholesale order invoice + packing manifest.
- Wholesale pick-up: print copies of finalized order invoices for wholesale pick-up tender
- Printing finalized packing slips for wholesale shipments (1 for customer & 1 for internal records).
- Answering & Calling freight dispatchers for appointment deliveries & miscellaneous LTL services (lift gate/residential/etc).
- Documenting & filing freight indemnity claims for transitory damages, shortages, and loss.
- Print product labels for Warehouse packers for wholesale orders.
- Create products and edit products on Momoko Site for accurate portrayal of merchandise.
Receiving:
- Counting received unloaded/sorted/palletized merchandise from containers.
- Documenting expiration date of received food & sauce containers.
- Documenting lot numbers of cosmetic products
- Inspecting received merchandise count discrepancies.
- Report merchandise discrepancies of any kind to the buying team.
- Double checking & documenting merchandise features discrepancies against receiving manifest (barcodes/item names/net contents etc/case qty)
Job Minimum Requirements:

$20-22 New hires will have a 3 month probationary period. Organized, Team Player, Detail Orientated, and Good Communicator Bachelors Degree Authorization to work in the US Must be proficient with use of Microsoft Excel or Google sheets. (index match/vlookup) 1 to 2 years' experience working in a warehouse setting.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Because this job requires the inspection of parcels prior to shipment of high value goods or ensuring boxes on inspection are not damaged the candidate must be able to see, hear, talk, sit, walk, push, pull, twist, lift, squat and stand. Must be able to lift and carry approximately 20 lbs occasionally to inspect merchandise and boxes on pallets.
