We are seeking a detail-oriented Routing Logistics Coordinator to support domestic and international transportation operations. This role is responsible for coordinating shipments, managing routing activities, tracking freight movements, and ensuring timely delivery of goods while serving as a key liaison between suppliers, carriers, customers, terminals, and internal operational teams.

The ideal candidate will have logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or supply chain experience and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and route domestic and international shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

Track, trace, and monitor freight movements while proactively resolving transportation issues.

Schedule freight pickups and coordinate final deliveries with carriers, suppliers, warehouses, and customers.

Communicate shipment updates and delivery schedules to internal stakeholders and clients.

Prepare, review, and maintain shipping and export documentation.

Process and manage:

Air Waybills (AWBs)Master Air Waybills (MAWBs)Electronic Export Information (EEI)Bills of Lading (BOL)Shipping manifests and related transportation documentsCoordinate with terminals, steamship lines, trucking companies, and freight carriers to ensure smooth shipment execution.

Maintain accurate shipment records and update transportation management systems.

Investigate delays, shortages, and transportation exceptions while providing timely resolutions.

Support continuous improvement initiatives within logistics and transportation operations.

Ensure compliance with company procedures, customer requirements, and transportation regulations.
