Onsite Role Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform shipping and receiving duties for our South San Francisco location. Triage and respond to shipping requests Manage dock activities for large packages, pallets, and freight. Support shipment and delivery of temperature-critical packages Coordinate third-party shipments, including carrier scheduling, documentation, and communication between origin and destination sites. Liaise with researchers and logistics providers on customs documentation, regulatory requirements, and shipping holds. Maintain organized staging and storage of equipment, packaging materials, pallets, and boxes. Support operational resilience by preparing standard operating procedures and work instructions. Assist with deliveries of critical consumables, including liquid nitrogen, liquid carbon dioxide, and dry ice. Other duties as directed by the

Facilities Manager and Facilities Director Requirements and Qualifications:

Completion of DOT and IATA training Ability to work unsupervised while performing multiple jobs. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
