Job Summary:

We are supporting an opportunity for a Supply Chain Associate focused on material processing, dispensing, staging, and delivery in a fast-paced biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Our team is looking for a detail-driven professional who can help maintain accuracy, compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations across warehouse and classified dispensary activities.

Responsibilities:

Process, pick, dispense, stage, and deliver materials required for manufacturing operations. Follow SOPs, cGMP requirements, GDP standards, safety expectations, and cleanroom gowning protocols. Support material handling tasks in a warehouse setting, including operation of powered industrial vehicles when needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, support continuous improvement efforts, and communicate operational issues to area management.

Required:

High school diploma or GED plus 2 years of work or military experience, or an associate degree plus 6 months of work or military experience. Manufacturing experience. Ability to work onsite in a warehouse and cleanroom-adjacent environment, including rotating day and swing shifts, weekend schedules, and holiday schedules as needed. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs., push and pull heavy loads using material handling equipment, and perform physical work safely. Strong attention to detail, proactive nature, team-focused mindset, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and proficient math skills.
