Responsibilities:
Maintain hazardous materials in strict accordance with Federal regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and protocols.
Maintain accountability of all materials through disposition, conducting regular audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
Perform and record weekly inventory checks and inspections, identifying discrepancies and taking corrective actions as necessary.
Manage calibration tools and equipment, including the maintenance of calibration records and the timely replacement of tools as needed.
Record inventory production supply, record quantities accurately, and prepare packages for ordering replacements and spares.
Manage and update calibrated tools and equipment inventory, ensuring the availability and accuracy of records.
Manage production supplies, including recording quantities, replacing broken tools, and tracking equipment usage.
Requirements
ACTIVE Secret Security Clearance
Three years of experience in material coordination or a related field.
Proven knowledge of maintaining hazardous materials in accordance with Federal regulations.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Experience performing inventory checks and inspections, with a keen attention to detail.
Familiarity with managing calibration tools and equipment, including replacement procedures.
Proficiency in recording inventory production supply and preparing orders for replacements and spares.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
