Job Description

Greenberg Traurig has an excellent opportunity for a Mid-Level Associate in our Aspen or Denver office to join the global Franchise and Distribution Practice. We offer competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience with mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and/or licensing matters. Franchise experience is preferred, but not required. This position requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment. Strong academic credentials, detail oriented and writing skills are essential. Must be admitted to the Colorado Bar or eligible for admission to the Colorado Bar.
Practice Description:
The Franchise & Distribution Practice at Greenberg Traurig advises leading and emerging brands on the development, expansion, and operation of franchise, licensing, and distribution networks in the United States and around the world. Associates work on sophisticated transactional matters, including franchise program development, regulatory compliance, commercial agreements, international expansion strategies, and franchise-related mergers and acquisitions. The practice serves clients across numerous industries and jurisdictions, offering significant opportunities for direct client contact and exposure to complex transactions. The expected pay range for this position is: $215,000 to $265,000 per year Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program.
Additional voluntary programs include:
voluntary accident insurance, voluntary life, voluntary disability, voluntary critical illness and cancer insurance and pet insurance. Commuter and Transit programs may also be available in certain markets.
