8:00 AM- 4:30 PM, Monday
- Friday About Us Holcombe Mixers is a leading manufacturer of volumetric concrete mixer machines, offering cutting-edge solutions tailored to meet the demands of the concrete industry.
- Generate purchase orders through MRP planning and manual requests in Business Central.
- Review purchase orders for accuracy and completeness before issuance.
- Send purchase orders to vendors and maintain related documentation.
- Follow up with vendors as needed regarding purchase orders, confirmations, or revisions. Vendor Accountability
- Monitor and track vendor delivery schedules and open orders
- Contact vendors directly when commitments are missed or delayed
- Follow up persistently to ensure on-time deliveries
- Escalate issues to Director of Operations when necessary Logistics Coordination
- Schedule inbound shipments from domestic vendors for production and parts inventory
- Manage international container shipments from China, including customs clearance and delivery tracking
- Communicate with logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery Accounts Payable Support
- Support weekly AP reviews with invoice/PO/packing slip matching
- Help organize vendor invoice documentation for approval and payment
- Communicate with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies Returns Processing
- Process product return requests and issue Purchase Return Orders
- Inspect returned goods and determine restocking or disposal actions
- Update inventory records and coordinate refunds or replacements Inventory Reconciliation
- Conduct cycle counts and/or full physical inventory audits
- Investigate and resolve variances between physical and ERP records
- Post adjustments and maintain documentation of inventory corrections Receiving & Inventory Control Support
- Serve as a backup to the Receiving team during absences or as operational needs require.
- Cross-train on receiving and inventory procedures, including receiving shipments, updating inventory in Business Central, reconciling purchase orders, identifying discrepancies, and processing receiving documentation.
- Maintain proficiency in receiving processes to provide seamless support when backup coverage is needed. Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a supply chain, purchasing, or operations support role
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred)
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is strongly preferred
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions daily
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with inventory control, shipping/freight logistics, and job costing Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the workday
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures
- Ability to safely operate tools, machinery, and material handling equipment What We Offer Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly wage: $25.00
- $30.00/hour, based on experience
