Full Job Description Position Overview :
The Customer Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing the storage, organization, and movement of goods/inventory within the warehouse. This includes receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, tracking inventory, picking and packing orders, and ensuring the warehouse is maintained to meet safety and operational standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a focus on safety and efficiency. The Customer Logistics Coordinator ensures smooth operations by managing inventory, processing shipments, and maintaining the warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Inventory Management :
Track and update inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records. Perform cycle counts and assist in physical inventory counts. Report discrepancies or issues with inventory to management.
Shipping and Receiving :
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments. Process shipping orders and prepare outgoing shipments in accordance with customer requirements and SLA's. Ensure that items are stored properly and safely.
Order Fulfillment :
Pick, pack, and label orders accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure that orders are prepared for shipping in accordance with company standards. Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure proper delivery schedules.
Warehouse Organization :
Organize and maintain the warehouse layout to maximize efficiency. Ensure that the warehouse is clean, organized, and meets all safety regulations.
Safety and Compliance :
Follow safety protocols and ensure warehouse operations comply with all safety regulations. Maintain equipment in good working condition and report any issues immediately. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential safety hazards. ESD and Introduction to ISO Training, other job-related training as required.
Customer Service :
Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve any issues related to shipping or inventory discrepancies. Provide updates on inventory and order status as required.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in warehouse operations or inventory management preferred. Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order management. Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions :
Warehouse environment (may involve standing, lifting, and bending). May require working in shifts, including evenings and weekends. Must adhere to safety standards and wear appropriate protective gear.
Pay:
$21.00 - $26.00 per hour
