Major Responsibilities:

Manage demand planning, forecasting, and procurement for resale products, marketing materials, and assigned supplies. Maintain inventory levels to ensure appropriate days' supply, freshness, and product rotation standards across beverages, syrups, foodservice items, and other assigned materials. Evaluate and adjust supply sources based on operational realities and sales volume. Coordinate inventory and purchasing activities with Sales and Full-Service teams to align with business forecasts and customer demand; monitoring customer advertising and promotional activity to anticipate inventory requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and distribution partners while managing supplier performance and issue resolution. Serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure effective communication and supply chain execution. Partner with the Sales team to manage the full product lifecycle, from launch through discontinuation. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Experience & Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED required, bachelor's degree in business, procurement, supply chain or related field preferred. Two years of experience with product procurement, product forecasting, warehouse inventory and reconciliation, and shipping and receiving preferred. Must be proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). Strong math and organizational skills required. Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and the sales team members.

This position may occasionally be active and require standing, walking, pushing, and pulling. While performing the duties of this job. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work hours:

Standard business hours 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Additional or alternative days/times may be occasionally needed, depending on customer and/or promotional campaign.
