Our Billing & Credit team works behind the scenes, dedicated to ensuring a seamless experience for millions of customers across all our brands while efficiently addressing any billing concerns. Job Duties and Responsibilities Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview. The DISH Payment Operations team requires a dedicated professional to manage key partner relationships and drive cross-functional projects. The chosen candidate oversees vendor management functions, acts as the primary point of contact for payment processing partners, and manages system incidents to ensure operational alignment. Additionally, this role leads critical Billing and Credit Payments project management initiatives, including the strategic integration of artificial intelligence tools to optimize business processes. What Success Looks Like (Objectives): Own vendor management functions for Payment Operations to streamline user access, contact list maintenance, and agenda planning Act as the primary point of contact for payment processing partners to build strategic relationships and drive enterprise goals Support incident management for payment-related issues to drive rapid resolution with internal and external stakeholders Lead project management initiatives for the Billing and Credit organization, focusing heavily on the integration of operational AI tools Evaluate business opportunities and deliver routine project updates to executive leadership to align with departmental needs Influence cross-functional teams and technical departments to ensure successful implementation of new billing functionalities Skills, Experience and Requirements Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring): Ability to work independently with limited supervision while driving toward operational goals Professional expertise in vendor management and strategic relationship building within payment processing ecosystems Strong skills in project management and release management to execute complex operational workflows Proficiency in AI application and literacy, specifically utilizing tools like Gemini, NotebookLM, and Google Workspace Studio to optimize workflows Advanced data interpretation skills using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to analyze metrics, build pivot tables, and establish facts Strong communication and collaboration skills to successfully work alongside front-end developers, API architects, and executive leadership
