Job Description:
Performs supply chain processes such as supply return requests, requisitions, receiving, and product recall activities timely and accurately. Ensures professional handling of communications in and out of the department, meeting customer expectations. Builds and maintains relationships with customers to ensure needs are met and responds to requests in a timely manner. Completes inspection through delivery, ensuring good practices. Manages pars in procedural areas/departments, including par counting and expiration management. Meets with suppliers to resolve issues, source products, and set up training and support for staff. Assists with coordination and implementation of product conversions at the facility. Performs other related duties as requested by authorized personnel. Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficient in use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. [Required] Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. [Required] Demonstrates attention to detail and good organizational skills [Required] Possesses basic math skills [Required] Demonstrates ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without sacrificing quality [Required] Some knowledge and experience in performing the duties associated with purchasing, receiving, shipping, and distribution. [Preferred] Demonstrates ability to use an ERP system [Preferred]

High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
