Project Support Job Summary At Cut Above Construction & Design, we don't just build and remodel homes—we create spaces where memories are made and dreams are realized. Behind every successful project is a team that stays organized, takes ownership, communicates well, and supports one another. The Project Support role is a key part of that team. This is a full-time position focused on helping our projects stay supplied, organized, and moving forward. A major part of this role is purchasing, tracking, receiving, organizing, and coordinating materials and products for our construction projects. This position also supports both the office and field teams through material pickups and deliveries, warehouse organization, jobsite check-ins, cleanup support, errands, and basic project documentation. This is not a position where every day looks the same. You may start the morning at a computer checking material orders, spend part of the day receiving or delivering products, visit a jobsite, and finish the day updating project information back at the office. What You'll Be DoingPurchasing & Managing Project Materials Purchasing materials, fixtures, products, tools, and supplies for projects Tracking orders, shipment dates, and expected deliveries Receiving and verifying incoming products and materials Communicating with suppliers regarding delays, damaged products, missing items, or returns Organizing and labeling materials for the correct project Maintaining accurate purchasing and material records Coordinating when materials need to move from the warehouse to the jobsite Supporting Our Jobsites Picking up and delivering materials, tools, and supplies Performing jobsite check-ins and communicating project needs Assisting with jobsite setup, cleanup, and project closeout Performing dump runs, returns, exchanges, and other project-related errands Providing additional field support when needed Keeping Operations Moving Helping maintain an organized warehouse, tools, materials, vehicles, and trailers Receiving and properly storing company packages and project materials Coordinating pickups, deliveries, and material movement Helping make sure project teams have the materials they need when they need them Using company software to update orders, project information, photos, receipts, and documentation What We're Looking For Someone dependable who shows up and follows through A team player who is willing to jump in wherever needed Someone who is organized and pays attention to details Strong communication and time-management skills Comfortable using a computer, smartphone, email, and web-based software Able to manage changing priorities throughout the day Professional and respectful when interacting with clients, vendors, trade partners, and team members Comfortable moving between the office, warehouse, suppliers, and active jobsites Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs Basic computer and smartphone skills Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors Ability to work independently and follow direction Preferred Qualifications Construction or remodeling experience Purchasing, warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience Familiarity with construction materials and building products Experience using project-management or purchasing software Ability to safely drive company trucks and tow trailers Who Is This Position a Great Fit For?
