Job Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Minimum 4 years of professional supply chain experience within a manufacturing environment Experience with MRP/ERP concepts and inventory systems Experience planning and procuring materials to support production or repair execution Experience managing purchase orders and supplier delivery performance Experience with inventory allocation, expedites, and material transactions Experience supporting material availability, lead-time planning, and schedule adherence Knowledge of repair station metrics, including turnaround time (TAT) and days in house Knowledge of lean manufacturing Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Experience generating reports and analyzing supply chain performance data Applied engineering and manufacturing knowledge related to material planning and repair scheduling Preferred Skills 5+ years of professional supply chain experience within a manufacturing environment 1+ year of supply chain experience supporting a repair station Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) experience

certification Experience developing and executing purchasing strategies Experience driving cost-reduction initiatives Experience identifying and onboarding new suppliers Experience managing repair station backlog, past-due orders, and priority or critical repairs Job Responsibilities Plan and procure materials required to support repair execution Maintain material availability while minimizing excess inventory, obsolescence, and material aging Monitor receiving inspection and material release for shop-floor use Manage material transactions, allocations, and expedites Support repair schedules, AOG priorities, turnaround times, and promise dates Release and manage purchase orders for repair parts and outside processing Follow up with suppliers to support on-time delivery and inspection release Align repair demand with material availability, capacity, and customer requirements Manage repair order queues and prioritize critical or time-sensitive repairs Monitor and report Planning KPIs, including backlog, past-due orders, TAT, sales, and priority repair performance Provide daily status updates for planning and repair execution metrics Resolve material, capacity, and process constraints affecting repair flow Coordinate planning activities with operations, engineering, quality, and customer service Identify and onboard new suppliers Support inventory optimization and purchasing cost-reduction initiatives Develop and maintain material planning, lead-time, and repair scheduling data
