$26.00-$29.00/hr |
Weekly Pay Shift:
Monday-Friday | 8:00AM-4:30PM |

Hybrid position: enjoy work-life balance with 3 days in-office each week Work with a respected industry leader in manufacturing and logistics Positive, team-oriented culture focused on communication and customer service Opportunity to gain exposure to both domestic and international logistics operations What's a typical day as a Logistics Coordinator? You'll be: Scheduling and coordinating all domestic machine deliveries and returns, including oversize/over-dimension loads Acting as a liaison between company departments and customers, arranging deliveries and answering questions as needed Maintaining accurate documentation for all import, export, and domestic shipments Supporting import/export compliance and documentation, including providing HTS/Schedule B and Incoterms information for shipments Communicating with outside vendors—both domestic and international—to support deliveries to valued customers Reviewing freight invoices and providing feedback to Accounts Payable on billing requirements and allocations Providing shipping details and freight quotes to various internal departments This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have at least 2 years of experience in import/export logistics and/or a manufacturing environment (required) Are proficient with Microsoft Office (required) Are detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently Have strong communication and follow-up skills Possess experience in a logistics-related function (strongly preferred) Have SAP experience (preferred) Hold a high school degree (required); associate degree preferred Have exposure to international logistics, including documentation for imports/exports (preferred) What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
