What you'll do Support distributor relationship management by maintaining regular communication, tracking performance, and assisting with issue resolution. Assist to analyze distributor sales data, inventory levels, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and channel gaps. Help coordinate pricing, promotions, and program launch activities across the distributor network. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure distributor needs and customer requirements are met. Assist in developing reports, presentations, and recommendations to improve channel performance, market coverage, and revenue growth. What makes you a good fit Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, Engineering, or a related field graduating in 2027 or 2028. Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) or business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Interest in B2B sales, channel management, industrial manufacturing, or distribution. Demonstrated leadership through internships, student organizations, athletics, or volunteer activities. Ability to analyze trends and make data-driven recommendations. Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
