What you'll do Work with experienced chemists and scientist on adhesives product development in the leading adhesive company Gain working experience at a large, global organization Get hands-on experience creating product formulations in a lab Provide support for various projects assigned by Sr. Chemist, Scientist and/or Lab Manager Prepare batch formulations according to written instructions by Sr. Chemist, Scientist and/or Lab Manager Understand chemical ingredients and formulating under instructions Employ basic problem-solving skill sets to overcome project bottlenecks and maintain project deliverable dates Collect and organize data in a coherent format and communicate basic observations regarding data and/or experimental outcome Conduct hands on adhesive product development for electric device applications in laboratory What makes you a good fit An undergraduate student graduating in 2027 or 2028 or graduate student pursuing a degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Biology Ability to gather, understand, and interpret chemical, physical and mechanical data Demonstrated ability to collaborate with other team members in product development programs Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work as a team member and independently on multi-task assignments Previous internship experience is preferred but not required Some perks of joining Henkel as an intern Exciting projects that allow you to make real impact and collaborate with Henkel colleagues worldwide. Additional information This internship is eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support This internship has a duration of May 24th - August 13th Recruitment for our 2027 internships starts in September 2026 and runs through early March 2027 or until all our positions are filled If selected to move forward in our recruitment process, you will receive an email from our talent acquisition team If a position you applied to is filled by another candidate, you will receive an email from our team alerting you that the position is closed The salary for this role is $22-$27/hour, depending on your undergraduate or graduate education level. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.
