The Opportunity The Warehouse & Logistics Associate is responsible for shipping and receiving, warehouse organization, inventory, and supporting project logistics. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, computer-savvy, and able to work independently. What You'll Do Receive and prepare inbound and outbound packages, pallets, materials, and company assets. Pack, palletize, label, organize, and stage large or bulk items. Maintain clean and organized warehouse, dock, and storage areas. Track inventory, company store items, equipment, and stored project assets. Use inventory software, such as Sortly, to maintain accurate records. Pull and pack materials for projects, installations, and events. Load and unload company vehicles and box trucks. Drive a 26' non-CDL box truck for local deliveries, events, and project support. Assist with event load-in and load-out as needed. Help coordinate project materials and logistics between the warehouse and project teams. What Success Looks Like Delivers accurate, on-time shipping, receiving, and inventory management. Maintains a clean, organized warehouse where materials and equipment are easily located. Communicates proactively and coordinates logistics to support project deadlines. Demonstrates accountability, safety, and a solution-oriented approach in daily operations. Required Experience Focused, organized and detail oriented. Able to work independently without constant supervision. Comfortable using computers and inventory software. Able to safely handle and organize large and bulky materials. Able to safely lift to 60lb. Valid driver's license with ability to drive a 26' non-CDL box truck. Forklift certified or willing to obtain certification. Warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or logistics experience preferred. Experience working within the signage and fabrication industry a plus

Frequently moves throughout warehouse and production areas to receive, inspect, stage, organize, and distribute materials. May occasionally work outdoors while coordinating deliveries, receiving shipments, or loading and unloading materials. May be exposed to varying temperatures, noise levels, dust, and other conditions typical of warehouse and production environments. Occasional travel between company facilities, supplier locations, customer sites, or project locations may be required. Physical Demands The requirements outlined below are necessary to perform the essential functions of this position, with or without reasonable accommodation. Requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, stooping, crouching, and climbing stairs throughout the workday. Frequently moves materials and inventory throughout the facility. Occasionally lifts, carries, pushes, or pulls materials, packages, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Requires the ability to access shelving, storage racks, and warehouse inventory locations safely and efficiently. Sensory & Communication Requirements Requires sufficient visual acuity to inspect shipments, verify inventory, review documentation, operate equipment, and perform quality checks. Requires the ability to communicate effectively with employees, vendors, delivery drivers, and customers in person, by telephone, and through electronic communications. Must be able to recognize and respond appropriately to workplace communications, operational instructions, and safety notifications in warehouse, production, and loading areas. Equipment & Vehicles Regularly uses computers, scanners, mobile devices, printers, and other standard office equipment. May operate material-handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, when trained and authorized. May operate company vehicles to transport materials, conduct pickups, or support project and delivery needs.
