The Office CSR/Clerical position duties are as follows: Processing in-bound shipments and out-bound shipments. Working with the customer on any issues, adjustments, tracking, etc. Maintaining inventory for the specific account(s). Completing reports/metrics. Utilizing Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook. Being a part of an office team within a warehouse operation. Position starts at $18.00/hr. with room for growth.
