Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
The Logistics Coordinator will support daily operations by ensuring crews have the right equipment, vehicles, materials, and resources to complete projects safely and efficiently. This position works closely with management, field supervisors, vendors, and warehouse personnel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate daily schedules with field supervisors. Manage fleet maintenance, inspections, registrations, and DOT compliance. Track vehicles and equipment using GPS fleet management systems. Monitor fuel usage, driver performance, and fleet utilization. Manage warehouse inventory, tools, PPE, and construction materials. Coordinate equipment transfers, deliveries, and rentals. Manage purchasing activities and vendor relations. Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records. Improve logistics processes to reduce downtime and increase efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, fleet management, or construction operations. Experience in underground utilities, HDD, telecommunications, or heavy equipment is preferred. Experience with GPS fleet management systems. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Preferred knowledge of the Zoho platform. Must be bilingual (English and Spanish or English and Portuguese). Knowledge of OSHA and DOT compliance is a plus. Valid driver's license.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
