Job Description
Our client, a leading logistics and supply chain organization, is seeking a 1st shift Inbound Logistics Associate to join their team. As a 1st shift Inbound Logistics Associate, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the inbound logistics team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

- What's the Job?
- + Coordinate delivery appointments and dock timings with third-party carriers and suppliers + Monitor tracking details, carrier progress, and estimated times of arrival (ETAs) for incoming orders + Process and maintain bills of lading, packing slips, and import paperwork to ensure clearance through customs + Verify physical shipments against purchase orders, checking for damaged, short, or incorrect items + Label incoming stock and record exact quantities and weights using warehouse tools •What's Needed?
- + Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders + Sit Down and Stand up Forklift experience required + Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inspection tasks + Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management systems + Willingness to work in a team environment and follow standard procedures + Prior experience in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus but not required •What's in it for me?
