About the Role As a Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator, you will serve as the backbone of our supply chain operations by managing the flow of goods and ensuring accurate inventory levels. You will utilize your organizational skills and attention to detail to streamline shipping processes and maintain high standards of warehouse efficiency. Responsibilities Verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality to ensure seamless inventory integration. Execute precise picking, packing, and preparation of outgoing orders to meet customer delivery timelines. Perform regular cycle counts and maintain organized stock levels to optimize warehouse space. Coordinate with major shipping carriers including UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight providers to manage logistics. Utilize inventory management software to track stock movements and update digital records. Interpret complex shipping documentation, such as bills of lading and purchase orders, to ensure compliance. Document and report any transit damages or inventory discrepancies to facilitate timely resolution and record-keeping. Qualifications Required Skills 1-2 years of experience in a shipping, receiving, or warehouse environment. Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently. Proficiency in basic computer applications and warehouse management systems. Strong ability to read and process technical shipping documents. Preferred Skills Prior experience operating a forklift in a warehouse setting. Demonstrated background in comprehensive inventory control and logistics. Proven ability to work independently while maintaining high accuracy in fast-paced environments.
