In this role, you will be responsible for orchestrating production schedules, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless coordination across various departments. Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed production plans using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems such as SAP to align with demand forecasts and capacity constraints. Utilize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) to optimize inventory levels, reduce waste, and support lean manufacturing initiatives. Monitor production progress daily, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality control. Analyze supply chain data and manufacturing metrics to support continuous improvement efforts and drive operational excellence. Lead plant management activities related to production scheduling, resource allocation, and process optimization. Collaborate on process improvement projects focused on automation, assembly line enhancements, and implementing AI-driven solutions for smarter manufacturing. Experience Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment, preferably involving advanced tech or AI applications. Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms used for production planning and supply chain management. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, process improvement methodologies, and quality control standards. Mechanical knowledge or background in manufacturing equipment, assembly processes, or plant operations is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to analyze supply chain analytics data to inform decision-making and optimize operations management. Experience working with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing productivity and reducing costs.
