Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Transportation Specialist responsible for the maintenance and operational support of electric passenger trams and golf carts. This role ensures the safe, reliable, and efficient functioning of transportation equipment used within our facility or service area. The ideal candidate will possess technical skills related to electric vehicle maintenance and a commitment to safety standards. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electric passenger trams and golf carts to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues affecting vehicle operation. Conduct repairs and replacements of components such as batteries, motors, control systems, and other electrical parts. Maintain detailed maintenance logs and documentation for all service activities performed. Ensure all vehicles comply with safety regulations and operational standards. Assist in the safe operation of transportation equipment when necessary, including supporting vehicle dispatch and handling minor operational issues. Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance procedures and enhance vehicle reliability. Adhere to safety protocols during all maintenance activities to prevent accidents or injuries. Qualifications Proven experience in maintaining electric vehicles, preferably including passenger trams or golf carts. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, batteries, motors, and electronic control units. Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues accurately and efficiently. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Good communication skills for documentation and teamwork purposes. Relevant technical certifications or training in electric vehicle maintenance is preferred. Ability to work safely in a dynamic environment while following all safety guidelines.
