Project Cost Controls Specialist - Juno Beach, FL (Remote for a Rockstar) 12-month contract, potential to go longer Regular business hours M-F 8-5, Hybrid 3 days onsite

Pay Range:

$40/hr to $50/hr Monitors project progress through data-driven analysis of budgets, schedules, and resource allocation. Identifies potential inefficiencies and provides recommendations to keep projects on track. Works with customer leadership to ensure project controls support both short-term milestones and long-term operational goals. Provide professional Cost, Schedule, Earned Value expertise in the management and delivery of client program initiatives and associated project activities. Coordinate and communicate with Client Management, Project Management, Production/Area Leads, Project Engineers, and third party stakeholders. Champion Safety practices, procedures, goals, and metrics.

Requirements:

SAP - REQUIRED

Bachelor's degree preferred; degree can be in Accounting, Business, Engineering, etc. Strong experience with cost tracking and financial analysis. 6+ years preferred, but manager is flexible for a strong candidate.

Preferred:

Primavera P6 - preferred, NOT required. Construction, EPC, utility, energy, or large-project experience. Experience using AI/automation such as ChatGPT or Copilot. #AJ1 Expected hours: 40.0 per week
