Our products are distributed through major retail channels, including leading sports nutrition and retail outlets, ensuring comprehensive market coverage and a vertically integrated supply chain. Job Summary The Customer Supply Chain Manager manages the movement, accuracy, availability, and financial performance of customer, supplier, and 3PL inventory in a contract manufacturing environment. This role ensures materials are received, stored, transferred, issued, and shipped accurately and on time to support production schedules, customer expectations, and inventory control requirements. This position serves as the primary supply chain contact for assigned customers, suppliers, 3PL distribution centers, and internal teams including production, planning, procurement, warehouse, quality, and finance. Manage inbound and outbound movement of customer-owned, supplier-provided, and company-managed materials. Coordinate material availability to support production, blending, packaging, and shipping schedules. Serve as the primary supply chain contact for assigned customers, suppliers, and Distribution Centers. Manage 3PL profitability to ensure appropriate storage fees vs operating expenses Ensure customer invoicing for manufacturing and 3PL services is accurate and communicated to customers on time. Manage space availability and capacity against inbound and outbound material flow to ensure proper storage space is available for materials and finished goods. Track 3PL operational performance, including inventory accuracy, service levels, on-time shipments, and issue resolution. Monitor inventory accuracy across ERP, WMS, customer portals, and 3PL systems (extensiv). Resolve material shortages, inventory discrepancies, receiving issues, shipping errors, and transfer delays. Request inventory transfers between company sites, customers, suppliers, and 3PL warehouses. Ensure proper inventory controls are followed, including FIFO/FEFO, lot control, expiration management, and quality hold processes. Partner with production, planning, procurement, warehouse, and quality teams to prevent material-related delays. Develop and improve SOPs for material flow, inventory control, 3PL coordination, and customer requirements. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in supply chain, customer service, materials management, logistics, warehouse operations, or inventory control. Experience in manufacturing, contract manufacturing, food and beverage or CPG Strong understanding of inbound receiving, outbound shipping, inventory control, supplier coordination, and 3PL operations. Experience with ERP, WMS, customer portals, or inventory management systems. Strong Excel, reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. $115,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
