Possible Temp to Hire Position We are seeking two motivated and customer-focused associates to join our team. These positions will initially be temporary, with the potential for permanent employment based on performance, business needs, and overall fit.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional and responsive customer service to clients, carriers, and internal teams. Monitor, track, and trace freight shipments to ensure timely and accurate updates. Assist with freight planning, coordination, and shipment management. Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and transportation partners by phone. Maintain accurate and timely shipment information and support the overall efficiency of brokerage operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
