Job Description
Exxelia is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Administrator to support our manufacturing operations and enhance overall supply chain efficiency. This role focuses on day-to-day procurement execution, supplier coordination, and system data integrity. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, hands-on experience within a manufacturing ERP environment, and a collaborative mindset to work seamlessly across multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities Proactively research, identify, and evaluate potential new suppliers to expand the supply base, minimize risk, and ensure competitive pricing. Draft, issue, and manage RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs to prospective suppliers; analyze bids and present data-driven recommendations to management. Assess supplier capabilities, quality standards, financial stability, and production capacities to ensure alignment with company requirements. Support the onboarding process for new vendors, including coordinating contract reviews, setting up supplier profiles, and establishing initial service level agreements. Execute the day-to-day maintenance of critical technical data (Bill of Materials, routings, standard times, and planning parameters) within the Sage X3 ERP environment to ensure accuracy. Ensure all new and updated suppliers and part data is entered and maintained according to established standards. Coordinate the administrative logistic flow of goods related to subcontracting activities, assisting with freight tracking, customs documentation, and tariff compliance. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a closely related field, or equivalent professional experience. Demonstrated experience in a procurement, sourcing, or supply chain role within a manufacturing environment, preferably dealing with a complexity of multiple different components. Proficiency using
