- Oversight of labor planning, forecasting, staffing and resource planning
- Responsible for ensuring process consistency across all Business Areas
- Cost account management and EAC analysis using Earned Value Management
- Risk/issues/ops management including identification, mitigation planning and execution
- Change management & labor estimating
- Supplier Management Team Integration
- Material forecasting and financial integration across the enterprise
- Briefing Program Leadership on the status and issues affecting Program cost and schedule performance.
- Cross functional coordination with all functions within
GSC Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with 7 years of experience in supply chain management, program management, project management, business management, proposals or procurement, OR a Master's Degree with 5 years of experience in supply chain management, program management, project management, business management, proposals or procurement, OR High School Diploma/Equivalent with 11 years of experience in supply chain management, program management, project management, business management, proposals or procurement,•Must have a minimum of 5 years experience leading a team, process, and/or projects•Aerospace & Defense (A&D) experience•Cost Account Management (CAM) or Earned Value Management (EVM) experience•At minimum, an active U.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong communications skills with the ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience developing and growing teams and shaping a performing culture
- Demonstrated success in managing large, complex programs and/or organizations
- Experience briefing executive-level audiences
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes and key performance indicators
Primary Level Salary Range:
$151,500.00- $227,300.
