Logistics Specialist (Bilingual Spanish) Key Responsibilities Manage carrier and freight vendor relationships, including rate negotiations and performance monitoring. Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation. Analyze freight costs, transit times, and shipping performance to identify cost-saving opportunities. Resolve shipment issues, delays, claims, and transportation-related concerns Partner with warehouse and production teams to support inventory movement and transportation planning. Maintain accurate shipping records and logistics data within company systems. Create and monitor logistics KPIs, including on-time delivery and freight costs Ensure compliance with transportation, customs, and safety regulations Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency. Qualifications 4+ years of logistics, transportation, supply chain, or shipping experience. Experience working with carriers, freight brokers, and third-party logistics providers. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred. Experience with ERP, TMS, WMS, or related logistics systems required . Knowledge of international shipping and import/export documentation is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Strong communication, organization, and vendor management skills.
