Job Description
Ecommerce Distribution Center Associate The DC Associate will help achieve a world class customer experience by efficiently processing eCommerce fulfillments. This entails verifying the order, allocating or reallocating as needed, picking, packing, and shipping. The DC Associate will also be required to utilize systems to view eCommerce orders in Hybris, update SAP for reallocations and process shipments in the FedEx/DHL portals. The successful candidate will be a motivated performer with a background in distribution operations, demonstrated ability to multi-task, and support cross-functional collaboration. Reporting to the Distribution Center Manager, the DC Associate will also work with the eCommerce team, Special Orders Administrator and with retail store personnel to arrange fulfillments from store. Responsibilities
- Pick, pack and ship eCommerce orders and store orders
- Gift wrap, if requested by customer
- Coordinate efforts with Special Orders Administrator for items that need to be ordered for eCommerce customers
- Track use of consumable to avoid shortages
- Participate in physical inventory checks
- Track, update, and post key performance indicators
- Assist with other assignments and/or special projects as requested
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management Expereince and Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years warehouse experience in retail or wholesale business
- Minimum of 2 years of eCommerce fulfillment experience
- SAP experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required
