Role:

We are seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee daily warehouse, transportation, and inventory operations. The ideal candidate will bring leadership experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to streamline processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping, and receiving. Coordinate transportation schedules to ensure timely deliveries. Supervise and lead warehouse staff, providing training and guidance. Implement and monitor operational procedures to improve productivity. Collaborate with other departments to meet company goals.

Qualifications:

Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred. Previous leadership or managerial experience required. Experience in warehouse management, transportation, or inventory systems highly desirable. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and team management abilities.
