Contract Description The Supply & Logistics Coordinator I is an execution-focused, learning-oriented role that supports day-to-day logistics and supply chain operations within a state-of-the-art logistics center. This position performs foundational logistics tasks under guidance while building familiarity with equipment, tools, systems, and service standards. The Coordinator I supports small- to medium-scope operational activities across shipping and receiving, inventory handling, campus deliveries, printing support, and customer service. This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, reliability, and skill development, serving as an entry point into logistics operations. Responsibilities Operate safely within a logistics center using basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, dock equipment, carts, and warehouse ladders. Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspaces, vehicles, and equipment. Receive, inspect, stock, and organize inventory in warehouse and satellite storage areas. Accurately pick, pack, and process internal orders for campus delivery and shipping. Use mobile scanning and tracking devices to support inventory accuracy and chain-of-custody documentation. Assist with campus deliveries using golf carts, vans, or similar vehicles. Support assigned Supply and Copy Rooms by keeping areas stocked, neat, and functional. Assist with signage deployment and event logistics under direction. Provide courteous, service-focused support to internal customers. Perform routine MFP support tasks (clearing jams, loading paper, replacing toner) and escalate advanced issues. Perform basic printing and shipping needs with modest troubleshooting and resolution. Follow established procedures for materials security, shipping, and handling. Participate in training and skill development activities. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and ability to operate motorized equipment. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors in varying conditions. Positive attitude, team-oriented approach, and service-driven mindset. Willingness to learn logistics tools, systems, and service processes Desired Qualifications 1- 2 years exposure to logistics, warehouse, or facilities support environments. Experience operating basic warehouse equipment. Familiarity with mobile scanning or tracking devices.
