Full-Time Job Summary CarePredict is seeking a organized and dependable Product Shipping Specialist to join our team at our headquarters in Plantation, FL. In this role, you will manage daily shipping operations, hardware kitting, and inventory tracking to ensure our AI-driven health monitoring technology reaches senior living communities accurately and on time. You will work closely with our Operations, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to handle hardware dispatches, manage replacement orders, and maintain an organized inventory system. Key Responsibilities Shipping & Order Fulfillment Pick, pack, and ship outbound customer hardware orders (location beacons, wearables, chargers, and accessories) according to shipment manifests. Prepare shipping labels, using carriers such as FedEx. Perform pre-shipment quality checks and hardware kitting to ensure all devices are correctly assigned, functional, and properly packaged. Track outbound shipments and proactively troubleshoot delivery delays or customs issues with carriers. Inventory & Receiving Receive incoming shipments, inspect goods for damage, verify quantities against purchase orders, and update internal inventory systems. Conduct regular physical inventory counts and audits to ensure accurate stock levels of all devices and shipping supplies. Process hardware returns (RMAs), working with technical support to log returned items for refurbishment or recycling. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse and inventory workspace. Operations & Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate daily with Implementation and Customer Success Managers to align hardware shipments with on-site deployment schedules. Log tracking numbers and shipment details in internal management platforms (e.g., Zendesk, and Monday.com) Identify opportunities to optimize packing efficiency, reduce shipping costs, and improve fulfillment accuracy.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Experience working in shipping, receiving, inventory management, or warehouse operations is preferred.
Software Skills:
Proficiency with shipping software (e.g., ShipStation, FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip) and basic inventory management or spreadsheet software (Excel/Google Sheets). Attention to
Detail:
High accuracy in item counts, serial number tracking, and order verification.
Physical Capabilities:
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for extended periods, and handle physical package movement safely.
Communication:
Clear written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and logistics providers.
Location:
