The salary range is $ 27.40 to $ 31.00 per hour

Responsibilities :

Coordinate domestic and international air, ocean, and ground shipments Prepare and review import/export documentation including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, and Air Waybills Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs regulations, HTS classification, ISF filings, and trade compliance requirements Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, suppliers, and customers. Apply and interpret Incoterms to ensure proper allocation of shipping responsibilities, costs, and risk between buyers and sellers Track shipments, resolve transportation or customs issues, and maintain shipment visibility. Review freight invoices and support freight claims Operate a forklift to assist with loading and unloading shipments Maintain shipping records and identify cost-saving opportunities Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

High School Diploma, GED required 4 to 6 years of international import and export logistics experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent related experience Strong knowledge of Incoterms, HTS classification, customs regulations, and international transportation required
