Job Description
Bilingual Housing Logistics Coordinator Alpha Labor Stuart, FL Job Details Full-time $52,000 - $60,000 a year 4 hours ago Qualifications Foreign language proficiency Full Job Description Alpha Labor Co — Stuart, FL $52,000-$60,000/year, DOE Alpha Labor Co is looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Housing Logistics Coordinator to manage employee housing for our crews — bookings, billing, and making sure we're not overpaying or getting shortchanged on what we're provided. Onboarding support is part of the role, but the core of it is logistics, vendor management, and problem-solving. What you'll do Manage day-to-day employee housing logistics through CLC Lodging — bookings, placements, and moves as crews are assigned to jobs. Audit CLC Lodging (and Engine) invoices and billing for errors, overcharges, and deficiencies, and chase down and resolve discrepancies with the vendor. Regularly evaluate whether we're getting the best available housing options — cost, quality, location — and recommend changes when something better is out there. Track and report on housing spend so cost issues get caught early, not after the invoice is paid. Support new employee onboarding — paperwork, orientation, and systems setup — as a secondary part of the role. Serve as a bilingual point of contact for employees and vendors on housing questions. What we're looking for Someone who's genuinely good at solving problems — this role lives or dies on catching billing issues and figuring out better options, not just processing paperwork. Bilingual, English and Spanish, spoken and written. Comfortable with computers and Excel — you'll be in spreadsheets and invoices regularly. Able to reliably commute to our Stuart, FL office. Detail-oriented and comfortable pushing back on a vendor when something doesn't add up. Prior experience in logistics, procurement, vendor management, or housing/hospitality coordination is a strong plus; HR/onboarding experience is a nice-to-have, not a requirement.
