Full-time On-Site Full-Time Audio Media Grading (AMG) is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to manage the inbound and outbound movement of customer collectibles throughout the authentication and grading process. This role is critical to maintaining packaging quality, shipping accuracy, chain-of-custody integrity, and overall operational efficiency within a fast-paced collectibles environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, process-driven, and comfortable handling high-value vinyl records, cassette tapes, CDs, memorabilia, and authenticated collectibles with care and precision. Key Responsibilities Prepare, package, and process outbound shipments using Shopify, FedEx, USPS, UPS, and DHL systems. Verify order accuracy, shipping methods, insurance coverage, tracking information, and international shipping documentation. Safely package graded and authenticated collectibles according to AMG presentation and protection standards. Receive inbound customer shipments to be forwarded to the intake / receiving department.
