$28-$32/hour DOE Job Summary Responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring manufacturing workflows to ensure efficient production, timely delivery, and optimal resource utilization. Key Responsibilities Create and manage production schedules based on orders and capacity. Monitor raw materials, WIP, inventory, and cycle counts. Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, quality, and production teams. Identify bottlenecks and adjust schedules to prevent delays. Track production metrics, resolve data discrepancies, and report results to management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred. Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP or Deltek Costpoint. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
